Mikä on vuoden merkittävin tuoteinnovaatio? Mikä uutustuote herauttaa veden kielelle tai saa sukat pyörimään jaloissa? Elintarviketeollisuusliiton Tähtituote-kilpailu etsii vuoden nerokkainta
tuoteuutuutta.
Elintarviketeollisuusliiton
vuosittain järjestämässä Tähtituote-kilpailussa palkitaan vuoden innovatiivisin
ja maistuvin uutuustuote. Kilvan tavoitteena on palkita yrityksiä onnistuneesta
tuotekehittelystä ja lisätä tuotteiden tunnettuutta. Sain kunnian olla mukana tämänvuotisen
Tähtituote-kilpailun raadissa, jonka tehtävä oli maistella, tutkia ja arvioida
jokainen kilpailuun osallistunut tuote sekä valita tuotteista viisi
herkullisinta ja innovatiivisinta. Pitkällisten maisteluiden tuloksena finalistiviisikkoon
pääsivät Jokilaakson Juuston Ilo Porkkana Hummus, Kiantama Biokia
mustikkamehutiiviste, Kyröntarhojen VihreäKeiju Lempi-annossalaatti, Laihian
Maltaan Tuoppi Mallasmestarin saaristolaisleipä -jauhoseos sekä Vaasan Ruisnacho seesami
& merisuola.
Tähtituote 2014 -voittaja
ratkeaa puoliksi raadin arvion ja puoliksi yleisöäänestyksen perusteella. Käy siis antamassa äänesi omallesuosikkituotteellesi viimeistään 14.4.2014. Voittaja julkistetaan

brändäyksessä on onnistuttu nimeä myöten. Tuote sopii ruokaisamman salaatin
